The goal of the game is to be the first team to correctly place all of the story elements. Teams exercise this by placing their sticky notes with the correct answers in the corresponding column of the story elements chart. BUT while they're doing this, other teams have a chance to take down their sticky notes. This unproblematic twist adds an exciting chemical element to the game!
Preparing for the Game
Prior to playing the game, you will read an unabridged story together. Students need to be familiar with the story since they will exist asked to retell information technology using the story elements.

How to Play
- Display the story elements chart on the board.

- One student from each squad will selection a card from the container and take it back to their squad. They will return the card to the container later on they've finished.
- The teams will work together to write almost that component of the story they read.
- Students must show the teacher their answers. If information technology is right, they may place their sticky note under the corresponding column on the lath. If it is incorrect, they must take it back to their team and fix it until they become the correct reply.
- If a squad picks an "Oh Snap ME" card they must take down ane of their own sticky notes. But if they pull an "Oh Snap YOU" card they may have downwards another squad's pasty note. If in that location aren't whatsoever sticky notes to take downwards, they just put the card back into the container.
